Our team consists of members who build our network, expand the network and service offerings, industry experts, and industry partners who provide best-of-breed customer-centered solutions. Internet & network connectivity, redundancy, SD-WAN, unified hosted voice communications, managed IT services, compliance, and security, and on-site data cabling are the most common services provided by our excellent team and partners!

ARM AZAD, PRESIDENT & CEO

ARM Azad was an early investor in Prospeed.net., and currently serves as President, CEO, and CTO of Prospeed.net. Dr. Azad is a co-founder of Environmental Operating Solutions Inc. and a founding partner in other start-ups in technology, energy, aviation, and real estate, and has invested in several early-stage start-ups. He has held technical and management positions at Sepracor, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., and Johnson & Johnson’s Ortho Division.

Dr. Azad received a B.Sc. degree from the University of Ceylon, a Ph.D. (Dr. Eng.) degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, and an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and understands the current technological and business challenges and needs of small and large businesses to provide best-of-breed customer-centric value-proposition based solutions.

Paul Andrews, Director of network operations & Support

Paul began with ProSpeed.net's predecessor Complete Business Systems after receiving his Associate’s degree in Computer and Network Engineering from New Hampshire Technical College in 1998. Upon the merging of the two companies in 1999, Paul moved from the Network Integration side of the company to be one of the engineers involved in installing our first live DSL Customer in 2000.

Paul is the Manager of our Technical Team and is the Director of the network operations responsible for all aspects of maintaining and growing our fiber network infrastructure and assisting customers in consultation with technology partners. This includes assisting our Small Business and Enterprise Customers with personal technical support. Our field service engineers and technical personnel report to Paul.


Carol LeBlanc, Provisioning

Carol started with ProSpeed as an Independent Contractor in 2002 after leaving her former employer of 24 years and created the need for a full-time position as an integral part of our Engineering Team. Her last seven years were spent with the Manufacturing Research and Development Group. She was responsible for new product process development and production of the associative documentation, a perfect foundation for her current position.

Carol provisions all ProSpeed Services including Fiber Network, Broadband, and Hosted Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP). She maintains the most critical piece of our operations: our customer engineering and contact database. Using this database Carol provides valuable reports to Executive Management while supporting the Engineering Team by creating work orders, tracking IPs, and ensuring all installations and product changes flow through ProSpeed's processes.

PAIGE WECKER, PARTNER EXPERIENCE ADVOCATE

Paige, an employee of partner Telarus, is a telecom professional with experience in outside business-to-business support. Currently, she is a Partner Experience Advocate with Telarus, supporting the Northeast region as a liaison between the various providers to provide best-of- breed customer-centric solutions. Paige identifies opportunities to use professional resources (i.e.Engineering, Complex Provisioning) and recommends these services to ProSpeed.

She builds and maintains working relationships with supplier contacts in local regions, assists with supplier identification and quoting of requested solutions, reviews and submits contracts for services, and proactively monitors provisioning statuses and addresses issues as needed.


PHIL HANABAERGH, PARTNER SALES ENGINEER

Phil, an employee of partner Telarus, with over nine years of telecommunications, cloud & IT Experience, works with business clients to optimize and manage their communications solutions. He is an expert in planning, designing and implementing cloud strategy, contact center, voice & data services, network hardware, WAN/LAN services, disaster recovery, SDWAN, cyber security, project management and professional services.

In addition, ProSpeed has access to several solution architects and engineers at partner Telarus to provide our customer best-of-breed solutions so that projects get installed smoothly.


REGIONAL & LOCAL TECHNICAL TEAMS

In addition, we have regional & local technical teams for installation & operational performance of all the products & services. We train, assign monitor, guide, support and feedback to the customers, further drawing on the expertise and support of our corporate & partner teams to provide best-of-breed customer-centric solutions.
