Open Outlook/Outlook Express

Click on Tools

Accounts
-
Make sure the Mail tab is selected

Highlight account name

Click on properties

Servers Tab
Email Troubleshooting:
Prospeed DSL Clients: Check server settings
Cannot send email: SMTP.PROSPEED.NET
Cannot receive email: POP.PROSPEED.NET
Prospeed Dialup Clients: Check server settings
Cannot send email: SMTP.MEGANET.NET
Cannot receive email: POP.PROSPEED.NET
Web hosting but no internet service from us:
Cannot send email: SERVER OF THEIR PROVIDER
Cannot receive email: POP.PROSPEED.NET

Make appropriate changes to account

Exit out of Outlook

Go back in to Outlook and try to send/receive mail
